In these difficult times it is more important that ever the communities pull together to support each other and strengthen the ties between us.

• Partnering with Compassion Coalition’s Community dinner program for people in Novato who are unhoused.

  • The Compassion Coalition hosts a weekly dinner and IndiMarin will now be sponsoring the dinners on the 4th Wednesday of each month

  • Seeking people who are willing to make potluck dinner items or contribute toward purchased food. Please fill out this form if you have interest in helping.

• Helping restore school garden in Marin City

  • Volunteers needed to help revitalize the school garden Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Academy and make it a welcoming community space. This project is being run by the Marin County Cooperation Team (MCCT.) MCCT’s Gardening Program is committed to fostering a self-sustaining, healthy, and empowered school community by providing an inviting, educational, comprehensive, inspirational, and fun school-garden program.

  • Garden volunteer days are the 2nd and 4th Saturdays from 10am-1pm. Kids are welcome!
