Indivisible Marin’s VOTERS’ GUIDE

GET READY NOW TO VOTE AS EARLY AND AS SECURELY AS POSSIBLE:

• Register to vote today or check your voter registration status

• Sign up for California's 'Where's My Ballot' to track your ballot

• Visit the website of the Registrar of Voters in your county for details on ballot box locations and early in-person voting options.

RETURN YOUR BALLOT AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE IT

• County elections officials will begin mailing ballots by October 5.

• Secure ballot drop-off locations open on October 6.

• We recommend the use of ballot boxes, if possible, since they are secure and are the earliest voting option.

• If you do not live near a ballot box and want to return your ballot by mail, mail it no later than October 20, two weeks before the election. Go to a post office and wait in line to get a manual postmark to avoid a delay in it being postmarked at a processing center.

• If you do not receive your ballot in the mail in a timely fashion, contact your county’s Registrar of Voters for guidance on obtaining a ballot promptly.
